If our FAQs don't answer any queries you have, please contact us direct and we'll do our best to help.

1 : RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in anyway, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to solve your issue or replace the product.

All purchases can be returned for any reason within 28 days. Return postage costs need to be paid by the buyer.

2 : SHIPPING

Shipping is free within the UK. International shipping costs are free on orders over £75 or a flat-rate of £7.99 below that. Orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Please note there will be delays at busy times or holidays.

3 : LESSON ATTENDANCE

Due to costs of hiring tutors in advance, we are not able to refund money to students who miss classes. However, it is important to us that we get you to the end of the level, so in the following circumstances – with enough warning - we will try to arrange alternative classes for you:

You inform us in advance (1 week minimum) that you cannot attend the class for a reason such as going on holiday.
If you are ill, please inform us 24 hrs before the lesson starts.

4 : LESSON PRICES

Our one-to-one lessons for adults or children are £15 per hour. Lessons are sold in blocks of 10 for adults and 12 for children. For younger children, we also offer 45 minute lesson at a price of £12 per lesson.

Our group lessons for children are £8 per hour per child. Again, lessons are sold in blocks of 12. For special deals on groups of 3 children booked together, please contact us directly.

5 : LESSONS OUTSIDE THE UK

We are very happy to offer lessons to people based outside of the UK. Please be aware though that we use English as a base language to learn Thai from and we cannot support other languages. We can arrange times with you to work around international time differences.
